With more than 20 years of HR expertise, we offer reliable, adaptable, and timely Human Resources, Payroll, and Staffing Management knowledge and implementation strategies that are marked with high quality personable service.

Life of HR Founder, Holly Clark

About the Founder

Holly Clark is Founder and CEO at Life of HR. Ms. Clark offers professional HR  & Payroll consulting services to employers on nearly every aspect of the employment relationship. She has more than 20 years of professional Human Resource Management and business experience from the private and non-profit sectors.  

Prior to founding Life of HR, Ms. Clark was an HR Consultant with an Employment Law Group, where she provided HR consulting services to employers in various industries on nearly every area of employment law. In addition, she holds a Master’s of Science Degree in Human Resource Development. Her passion for life- long learning has also lead her obtain various human resource certifications; Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP); Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR); and Professional in Human Resources - CA (PHRca), which demonstrates she has expertise in dealing with the laws, regulations, and HR management practices unique to the state of California.

Ms. Clark has held positions on the Board of Directors for the Northstate Society of Human Resource Management (Northstate SHRM). She is a member of the national Society for Human Resources Management, and the Sacramento Area HR Association. She has taught HR Certification Preparation with Butte College / The Training Place, and mentored numerous HR professionals in obtain their HR certification credentials.  

Ms. Clark’s leadership experience, education, and people skills, gives her a strong foundation of knowledge and understanding of people, business and processes. She understands the perspective of both management and employees which allows her to get results with a friendly, trustworthy approach.
